Ida Does, Director, was born in Suriname, and is of French, Chinese, and Dutch-Creole descent. She has worked as a journalist, researcher, writer, and documentary filmmaker for the past two decades and resides in Aruba and the Netherlands. She studied documentary filmmaking at the Media Academy in Hilversum and the Binger Film Institute in Amsterdam.

Rebecca Roos is an Aruban producer/director with over 20 years of experience in film production. Since establishing her production company in 1998, Rebecca has amassed a body of work of over 40 productions, which include documentaries, corporate videos, commercials and PSAs.

Ingmar Maduro (Camera)

Ingmar Maduro, Director of Photography, has worked for almost 23 years in the video production business. He was part of major production crews on events, like HBO-Concerts, MGM Production, Paramount Picture Production Crew, BE-TV(black entertainment TV), FOX-TV, History Channel Latin, Sony Entertainment Latin. Ingmar has also been involved in various documentary films on Aruba.

Gandolph St.Clair, Field Producer St.Lucia worked as the Special Events Officer/Carnival Coordinator of the Cultural Development Foundation. He is a dramatist, stage- and film actor, and playwright. Creative writing, to recording, to acting – you name it – Gandolph St. Clair has done it. He is a walking encyclopedia on the literary and performing arts in St. Lucia.
